AeroTexas is a virtual airline based in Austin, Texas. We were chartered on September 1, 2000 and our primary focus has always been flights in and around The Lone Star State, but we do much more: international flights, all-weather cargo runs, and we hold the exclusive code share with the original starliner: Trans Texas Airways.

Membership is free. At AeroTexas we believe in easy flight reporting, diverse, flexible routes, and well-researched, high quality aircraft packages with excellent panels and sounds. Members have access to the some of the best models from the top designers, automated flight reporting, and online resources, like our very popular fuel planner that generates realistic load sheets.

Realistic Ops - AeroTexas pilots strive for on-time arrivals, and make the most of planning tools for optimal fuel loads to increase efficiency. Members use our own free ACARS system called ATAVS. Members get detailed feedback after every flight.

Real-Time Weather Assignments: AeroTexas is the first virtual airline to offer flight assignments based on real time weather data from live weather feeds. Cargo flights come with a manifest with delivery instructions, and are almost always IFR, and often to airfields where CAT II/III conditions prevail.
