This waypoint generator was developed to assist in the development of approach procedures for ISG Simavionics' GNSXLS flight management computer. The output is formatted for easy transfer to the isg_apps.txt file (see the ISG manual for details), and is easily adapted for alternate formats, including MSFS, Squawkbox, and others.
DME Arc Generator	Proc. Turn Generator
The DME arc is a non-precision instrument approach procedure that consists of flying a fixed distance around a beacon to intercept the final approach course. Where a turn is made away from a designated track followed by a turn in the opposite direction to permit the aircraft to intercept and proceed along the reciprocal of the designated track.
